National Research Center of Dairy Engineering and Technology
In 1984, sanctioned by original Ministry of Science and Technology, National Research Center of Dairy Engineering and Technology (Heilongjiang Dairy Industry Technical Development Center) was established on the base of original Heilongjiang Dairy Industry Research Institute. In June 1996, the preparation of National Research Center of Dairy Engineering and Technology was started. In February 2000, the center was formally established and at the end of 2004, it was merged into Northeast Agricultural University.

National Research Center of Soybean Engineering and Technology£¨Hei long jiang Soybean Technology Development Research Center£©, a government-sponsored institution,was established by Heilongjiang Provincial Government.In 1996, sanctioned by Ministry of science and Technology, National Research Center of Soybean Engineering and Technology was established on the base of several institutions such as ¡°SoybeanCenter¡±. In June 2006£¬the center was took over by Northeast Agricultural University from Department of Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Province.

With theendeavorof several generations of scholars in the university, we have obtained a number of significant research achievements and have made great contribution to the economic development of Heilongjiang Province. In the meanwhile, the academic status and the level of science and technology of our university have been greatly promoted. Some award-winning achievements are as follows£º
Xu Zhenying led the project of ¡°Determination of Local Breeds¡±, which was awarded the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.
Wang Jinling led the project of ¡°Soybean Fine Variety¡ªNEAU IV¡±, which was awarded ¡°Science and Technology Prize¡± of National Conference on Science.
Yang Shan led the project of ¡°Harbin White Chicken Breeding and Promotion¡±,which was awarded the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.
Jiang Yiyuan led the project of ¡°Rice Harvest Mechanical Systems¡± with the function of ¡°threshing before harvest¡±£¬which was awarded second prize of State Technological Invention Award.
Li Jingfu led the project of ¡°Selection and Promotion of New Variety of Tomatoes¡±, which was awarded second prize of State Science and Technology Award.
